To exchange an item(s), the item(s) must be in the same condition it was received in - unworn or washed, unscented, with tags and in its original packaging. The courier's note that the shipment was received or other proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or order confirmation) is also required.

To request an exchange for an item(s), please submit an exchange request here and indicate the order number. If the application is approved, we will send you instructions about the next steps in the process.

IMPORTANT! Items sent back to us without an approved request for exchange will not be accepted.
